Birthright ~ Missouri Vaun

Published February 2017 ~ Bold Strokes Books

This is a fun fantasy novel. One of the characters is the queen of her realm and she sets out to find the other character. The other character is heir to her realm signified by a royal mark, but doesn’t know it. She is also resistant to becoming a ruler, she likes being footloose and not tied down. The queen sees the heir as a means to keep her kingdom safe from a tyrant’s campaign to take over her kingdom.

Vaun does a great job with this story. I feel you can do anything you want when you write fantasy and Vaun does. Nothing too over the top, but she tells a fabulous tale. There’s not a lot of sex in this tale, which with this type of novel, you could do anything it wouldn’t be outrageous. If you want to read this novel, select the link Birthright.
