From the Boots Up ~ Andi Marquette

This is a novella, but Marquette does a great job of setting up her novel From the Hat Down. Two women meet in Wyoming, one works on her Dad’s Dude ranch as she prepares for Vet School and the other is a reporter. The reporter has come to ranch to do an expose. Neither one is prepared for a relationship, but that’s what happens.

I listened to this and the follow-up novel and because I was once again yelling at characters and getting into the story, I purchased the book as well to finish the story because I didn’t want to wait to hear the ending.
