The Girl Next Door ~ Chelsea M. Cameron

❤❤❤

I liked this story. Cameron does a great job of building the characters. Both women have had things happen in their lives that have forced them to move back to their hometown. I’ve been there, couldn’t wait to get out of my hometown so I could live my life like I wanted. Fortunately, for me I didn’t have to move back home and if I had I would not have had the accepting parental love that one of the main characters has with her parents. The other characters parents gave her their house and moved away, not caring one way or the other about their daughter or what she did.

I like that one of the characters is a lobster fisherman. Blue collar job, building muscle, driving a motorcycle. Tough bad girl, what’s not to like? The other character has a degree in marketing but can’t get a well-paying job so she moves home and gets her old job back as a waitress. The sex is good in the book as well. Not over the top but good enough to rate three stars. If you want to read this book, select the link The Girl Next Door.
